My experience spans the complete development lifecycle where I’ve managed the technical function of 100-800 unit schemes. I excel at managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams, controlling technical budgets, and securing critical approvals—from Building Regulations and warranty consents to Section 278, 38 and 104 agreements.
With qualifications including a PG Diploma in Architecture and Principal Designer accreditation under CDM 2015, I combine a technical precision with commercial acumen. I’ve led innovations in BIM adoption and Modern Methods of Construction, while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, compliance, and project delivery.
